Huré Frères is a family-run domaine that for over 50 years has been pursuing its philosophy of "artisanal" Champagne in Ludes, in the heart of Montagne de Reims, thanks to Raoul and François (oenologists) and Pierre (winemaker). Meditation Champagne that expresses the best of itself with important meats or even at the end of a meal with dry pastries. The palate is distinguished by the perfect balance between acidity, sapidity and depth of taste, due to the exceptional difference in evolution over time of its terroirs and vintages. The result is a Champagne with intense and iridescent aromas: honey, candied fruits and spices as a first impact, ending with subtle citrus notes. Final dosage of 2 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.

The wine is then aged in the foudre, special 45hl barrels.

A true "witness" to the family's savoir-faire, the Champagne Extra Brut Memoire is produced using the Solera Method, which includes more than 30 years of vin de réserve - from 1982 to 2018 - from which every year a part is taken to take the froth and replaced with the wine of the last harvest. The Champagne Extra Brut Mémoire by Huré Fréres is composed by the union of all three grapes typical of Champagne, coming from all the terroirs of the Domaine: the grapes of Meunier and Pinot Noir that make up 90% of the assembly come from the vineyards classified as Premier Cru in the area of Montagne de Reims, while the remaining 10% Chardonnay originates in the terroirs of Vitryat, always from Montagne de Reims.
